Website and staff area for a Hell Let Loose community unit, with Discord sign-in, an enlistment form that fills in from Steam, ORBAT role sync to Discord and a scheduled importer for the unit's spreadsheets.
What it does
The public site has the unit's history, ORBAT, honours and awards, a service record for every member with a generated uniform image, a gallery and the enlistment form. Staff and applicants sign in with Discord or Steam.
The unit already ran on Google Sheets, so the sheets stay the master record: a worker imports them into Postgres on a schedule, checks them, and alerts staff when something fails. Payload CMS gives staff an admin area for everything else.
